&lt;p&gt;I highly recommend this collection.  There is a lot of agreement among the commentators about the range of facts that a theory of presuppositions should account for, which is encouraging.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If there are other commentators out there, I hope they too post their responses somewhere where Kai can find them.&lt;/p&gt;
