		<description>&lt;p&gt;There is at least one Senator in Brazilian Senate who has been very active against the actions described above. He wants to reverse the demarcation policies and/or to introduce a constitutional amendment that requires that the creation of new reserves be approved by the Senate. He makes explicit that idea is to make it more difficult to establish new reserves.
His arguments are that the reserves are too large areas reserved to very small number of individuals, and that both reserves and areas of intact forest impede the progress of the Northern States.
He also claims that some environmentalist and civil rights groups are actually manipulate the Indians.&lt;/p&gt;
