The book that my King of France paper appeared in is now available as a heavily discounted paperback. Anne Bezuidenhout, one of the editors, says that OUP was going to make a push to promote the book to coincide with the special issue of Mind (October 2005 issue) devoted to Russell’s ‘On denoting’. This would be a good time to buy the book.
